Line the prepared dish with the 8 frozen hash brown patties. Next layer is the 4 cups of cheese, then the 2 cups of diced ham. Mix the 7 eggs with the cup of milk and tsp of dry mustard and pour over all. Bake at 350° covered for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
