Lenore's Breakfast Bakes
A Trinidad Recipe
From the Kitchen of: Trini
1-1/2 | C | Flour |
1 | tsp | Baking powder |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | tbsp | Butter |
1/4 | C | Water |
| | Oil for deep-frying |
- Mix all above ingredients and form small balls and flatten.
- Heat up oil for deep-frying and fry bakes, a few at a time, until
light brown.
Serve with e.g. Bouljol.
