Banana Sour Cream Pancakes


From the Kitchen of:  Pat Kersteter

4 Servings.

  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Mix together beaten egg yolk, sour cream, milk, butter and banana.
  3. Add to flour mixture, mixing well.
  4. Fold in whipped egg white, and pour into oiled waffle iron or oiled pan.
  5. Cook each side until brown.

    Top with a little whipped cream, syrup of your choice and a few slices of banana.
