Impossible Bacon Pie

Bacon, fried & crumbled

Chopped onions,

Grated Swiss cheese

Eggs, slightly beated

Milk

C
Bisquick baking mix

Pepper
1/3
tsp
Salt
1/2

Chopped bell pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate.
Fry bacon until golden brown. Blot off excess grease with paper towel; crumble. Sprinkle bacon, onions, cheese and peppers on bottom of plate.
Mix eggs, milk, Bisquick, pepper and salt together until smooth. Blender 15 seconds on highest speed, hand mixer - 1 minute regular speed.
Pour mixture into pie plate; bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes our clean.
Yield 6 - 8 servings
