In medium mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and ground cinnamon. Stir in milk and eggs. Add butter and stir just
until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in apples.
Lightly grease griddle. Pour batter by 1/3-cupfuls onto griddle. Cook pancakes 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn when bubbles appear and edges look dry.
