Apple Cheese Quiche With Bacon

Grammy Smith Apples, peeled and sliced

extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

slices
bacon, cooked and broken into pieces

eggs

milk

Bisquick
1/2

flour
Preheat the over to 375 degrees.
Butter a 8" x 11-1/2" casserole dish. Layer the sliced apples in the bottom.
Sprinkle the cheese over the apples, then the bacon over the cheese.
In a large bowl beat the eggs until fluffy. Add the milk and beat together.
Add the Bisquick and flour and beat into a batter. Pour over the apples, cheeese and bacon.
Bake for 45 minutes or until top is well browned and quiche is cooked through.
Serves 6
