Apple Bacon Breakfast Casserole

bacon, fried and drained

brown sugar

biscuit mix

eggs

Rome apples, sliced
2
cups
extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2
cups
milk
Lightly spray a 9x13x2 baking pan with non-stick spray.
Arrange apples in bottom of pan and cover with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over the top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Serves 10 to 12
