Great by itself or as a side dish with meat loaf or roast.
2 | c. | carrots, cut in strips, cooked and drained |
2 | c. | celery, diced |
1 | onion, diced | |
1/4 | c. | green pepper, diced |
1 | pint | tomato juice |
4 | c. | green beans, drained |
1 | tsp. | salt |
1 | dash | pepper |
3 | tbsp. | tapioca |
1 | tbsp. | sugar |
Mix all ingredients together in crockpot. Dot with 2 tablespoons margarine and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
