1 | 10-oz. can | condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 | 14-oz. can | chow mein noodles |
1/2 | cup | frozen peas |
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise |
1/2 | cup | milk |
1 | onion, diced | |
1 | celery stalk, diced | |
1/2 | green pepper, diced |
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
Serves 4
Tips: Leftover turkey, chicken or chopped ham can be used in this recipe. Chow mein noodles are crispy dried noodles available in cans and packages. If using packaged noodles, measure 1 3/4 cups.
