2 | cans | peaches - (28 oz.) drained |
3 | c. | sugar (or 4 to taste) |
2 | tsp. | cinnamon |
1 | tsp. | cloves |
2 | tbsp. | lemon juice |
Drain fruit and de-pit. Puree using blender or food processor. Pour into the Crockery Pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on high 8 to 10 hours. Remove cover during last half of cooking. Stir occasionally. Store in refrigerator.
