If you are not concerned about fat content, use regular evaporated milk and butter.
5-6 | potatoes, peeled and diced | |
1 | onion, chopped | |
1 | lg. | carrot, sliced |
1 | rib | celery, chopped |
4 | chicken bouillon cubes | |
1 | tbsp. | parsley flakes |
5 | c. | water |
1 | tbsp. | salt (less if desired) |
pepper to taste | ||
1/4 | c. | Mazola oil |
1 | can | skim milk evaporated milk (13 oz.) |
Put all ingredients in Crockery Pot except evaporated milk. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Add milk during last hour.
