3 | lbs. | chicken, skinned and cut up (do not debone) |

1/2 | cup | garlic, minced |
1 | tsp. | seasoned salt |
1 1/4 | tsp. | poultry seasoning |
3 | dashes | hot pepper sauce |
1 | cup | white wine |
Combine all ingredients in the Crockery Pot and cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
Serve over rice.
