While surfing the net, I saw this recipe, tried it, liked it and wanted to share it.
1 | c. | barley |
1 | can | roasted garlic chicken broth (141/2 oz. - about 2 cups) |
3 | green onions | |
4 to 6 | oz. | fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced |
salt and pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients in Crockery Pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
