I had this at a friend's house and wanted to make it myself. She gave me her recipe and here it is.
2 | lbs. | boneless fish fillets, cut into 1" cubes |
1 | lb. | shelled shrimp |
11/2 | lb. | scallops |
2 | c. | shucked clams |
2 | cans | diced tomatoes (1 lb. each) |
1 | c. | white wine |
1 | c. | chopped onion |
1 | c. | chopped celery |
1/2 | c. | olive oil |
Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir to blend and cover. Replace lid and cook on low about 3 hours. Serve in soup bowls.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
