1/2 | c. | chopped onion |
18 | oz. | barbecue sauce, bottled |
32 | oz. | baked beans, drained |
Mix pork, green peppers, onion and 1 cup of barbecue sauce in a 3 quart Crockery Pot. Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours (high 4 - 5 hours). Pork should be very tender. Stir in remaining barbecue sauce and beans. Cook an additional 30 minutes.
