Pamela and her cousins have gotten together for 25 years for baking day. After all those years, they voted this recipe their favorite.

1 | 3 oz. Pkg. | Cream Cheese, softened |
1 | Cup | Sugar (granulated) |
1 | Egg | Yolk |
1/2 | Tsp. | Vanilla |
2 1/2 | Cups | Flour |
1/4 | Tsp. | Orange Peel |
1 | Cup | Powdered sugar |
1 | Tbsp. | Water |
1/2 | Tsp. | Lemon Juice |

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together butter and cream cheese. Beat in the one cup of granulated sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla, then stir in flour and orange peel. Gather dough into a ball and chill 1 to 2 hours. On a lightly floured board, roll dough to 3/16" thick. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters, placing cut dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
GLAZE:Mix powdered sugar, water and lemon juice until smooth. Mixture should be thin. Glaze cookies and add sprinkles. Yield will depend on size of cookies.
