1/2 | Cup | Peanut butter-chunky-no salt |
1 | Lb. | Almond bark |
1/2 | Cup | Semi-sweet chocolate chips |
4 | Tsps. | Half & Half |
In a microwave bowl, heat almond bark and the peanut butter on medium for 3-4 minutes or until melted; mix well. Pour onto a foil-lined baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray; spread into a thin layer. In another microwave bowl, heat the chocolate chips and half and half on high for about 30 seconds, or until chips are soft; stir until smooth. Pour and swirl over peanut butter layer. Freeze for 5 minutes or until set. Break into small pieces.
NOTE: You can substitute milk for the half and half and you can use smooth peanut butter if you like. Any way you make it, make plenty as it disappears quickly!
