Taffy
From the Kitchen of: HAPPY (Carol)
| 1 1/4 | C. | Molasses |
| 3/4 | C. | Sugar |
| 1 | Tbsp. | Vinegar |
| 1 | Tbsp. | Butter |
| 1/8 | tsp. | Salt |
| 1/8 | tsp. | Soda |
- Combine molasses, sugar and vinegar. Cook to soft crack stage. Stir.
- Remove from heat, add butter, soda and salt. Pour into buttered pan.
- When cool enough to handle, butter hands and pull.
