1 | Cup | Uncooked instant rice |
1/4 | Cup | Raisins |
1/4 | Tsp. | Ground cinnamon |
1/8 | Tsp. | Ground nutmeg |
In a saucepan, combine milk, egg and pudding mix. Add rice and raisins. Bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; Cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into dessert dishes or a serving bowl. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
