Italian Sesame (biscuit) Cookies

4 | C. | Flour |
1 | C. | Sugar |
1 | Tbsp. | Baking Powder |
1/4 | tsp. | Salt |
1 | C. | Shortening |
2 | | Eggs, beaten slightly |
1/2 | C. | Milk |
| | Sesame Seeds |
- Cut the shortening into the flour, sugar, Baking Powder and salt.
- Add to the beaten eggs the milk.
- Combine dry and liquid ingredients.
- Pinch off a small amount of dough and roll in hands. Shape into size of a finger and taper each end. Roll in sesame seeds.
- Bake 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
