3/4 | Cup | Butter or margarine, melted |
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease retangular pan 13x9x2". Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle cake mix (dry) over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour melted butter over top. Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping if desired.
