| 1 | Can | Crushed pineapple (reg. size) |
| 1 | Tbsp. | Lemon juice |
| 2 | Cups | Minature marshmallows |
| 1/2 | Cup | Whipping cream |
Combine pineapple, lemon juice and marshmallows in a medium saucepan. Place over low heat; stir until marshmallows are dissolved. Remove from heat; Cool. When partially set, fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into sherbet dishes and cool 2 hours or overnight.
