Pineapple Dessert

1 | Box | Vanilla wafers - crushed |
1/3 | Cup | Melted butter |
2 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | Cups | Powdered sugar |
1 | Cup | Butter, softened |
1 | Can (large) | Crushed pineapple |
1-2 | Cups | Cool whip |
- Mix the crushed wafers with the 1/3 cup melted butter. Reserve about 1/4 of this for later. Press into a 9x13" pan and pat into place.
- Mix the eggs, powdered sugar and softened butter together and place on top of the wafer mixture.
- Spread crushed pineapple over egg mixture and top with cool whip and
reserved wafer topping. Chill well.
