Peanut Butter Fudge

1/4 | c. | Butter |
1/2 | c. | Chunky Peanut Butter |
4 | c. | Powdered Sugar |
1/3 | c. | nonfat Instant Dry Milk |
1/2 | c. | Light Corn Syrup |
1 | Tbsp. | Water |
1 | tsp. | Vanilla |
- Butter an 8" square pan.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- In a double boiler, over boiling water, melt together butter and peanut
butter.
- Stir in corn syrup, water and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients 1/2 at a time, stirring until well blended and
smooth
- Remove from heat and pour in pan. Cool and cut.
- For a yummy twist, make a batch each of chocolate and peanut butter
fudge,
pouring 1/2 of each in each buttered pan. MMMMMMMMMM!!!
