Peanut Butter Topping for Ice Cream

This recipe was tested in a 700 watt microwave.
1 | Cup | Brown sugar, packed |
1/2 | Cup | White karo syrup |
3 | Tbsp. | Butter or margarine |
| | Pinch of salt |
1 | Cup | Creamy peanut butter |
1/2 | Cup | Evaporated milk |
Combine brown sugar, karo syrup, butter and salt in a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe
baking dish. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring
twice.
Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Stir in evaporated milk.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Cover and store any remaining sauce in refrigerator.
