1/2 | Cup | Frozen orange juice, undiluted |
1/4 | Tsp. | Ground cinnamon |
Bake pecans in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally (just until toasted). Bring orange juice concentrate, sugar and cinnamon to a boil in a heavy saucepan, stirring constantly - boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add toasted pecans and stir to coat. Drop pecans 1/2 inch apart onto a foil lined baking sheet. Let stand until firm.
