This recipe serves two, so for a family of 4 to 6, I would double or triple the recipe.

1/3 | Cup | Sugar |
1/3 | Cup | Whipping cream, whipped |
1 | Large | Firm banana, sliced |
Fresh mint (optional) | ||
In a bowl, combine rice and sugar; mix well. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream and banana. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon into small serving dishes; garnish with mint if desired.
