This recipe does not call for flour. These are great cookies for a church social, school functions, bake sales or school lunches. They also freeze well.

2 | Lbs. | Brown sugar |
1 | Tbsp. | Vanilla extract |
1 | Tbsp. | Light corn syrup |
8 | Tsps. | Baking soda |
1 | Lb. | Butter, softened |
3 | Lbs. | Chunky peanut butter |
18 | Cups (3 - 18 oz. boxes) | Oatmeal |
1 | Lb. | Chocolate chips |
1 | Lb. | M & M Candies |
Mix all ingredients in order given in a large pan. Drop by large tablespoon or ice cream scoop, about six to an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°. Do not overbake. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.. Makes 8 dozen very large cookies.
