The following is a recipe that I have made for the holidays, plus several times during the year. One of my family's favorites! This recipe has been enjoyed for over 25 years.

Lemon Italian Cookies
5	C	Flour
1	C	Sugar
5	tsp	Baking powder
1	pinch	Salt
1	C	Vegetable oil
1	C	Milk
1	tsp	Lemon juice
2		Eggs

• Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl, mix.
• In a large bowl combine oil, milk, lemon juice and eggs, mix well.
• Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls.
• Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes until set, not brown. Do not overbake.
• Let cool, then frost. Makes 36 cookies.

Frosting
3	C	Confectioner's sugar
4	tbsp	Butter/margarine
6	tbsp	Orange juice
2	tsp	Lemon juice
2 1/2	tsp	Vanilla
		Sprinkles
