2	Cups	Brown sugar
1	Cup	Butter
2		Eggs
1	Tsp.	Vanilla
4	Cups	Flour
1	Tsp.	Cream of tartar
1	Tsp.	Soda
1	Cup	Chopped nuts

Mix ingredients as given. Pack into empty margarine cartons. Refrigerate 24 hours. Slice thin and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
