Mix flour, baking powder and salt - set aside. Cream the butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat well. Add eggs, nuts and vanilla. Add flour gradually. Mix well. Shape into 2 rolls and roll in waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Cut into slices. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 425° for five minutes or until lightly browned.
