Granny's Cherry Pudding

1 | Cup | Flour |
1 | Cup | Sugar |
1 | Egg | |
3/4 | Cup | Evaporated milk |
2 | Tbsps. | Butter, melted |
1 | Tsp. | Baking powder |
1 | Can | Sour cherries, drained |
Mix flour, sugar, butter and baking powder.
Add beaten egg and evaporated milk.
Pour into a buttered baking dish.
Spoon on drained cherries.
Bake at 350° for approximately 25-30 minutes or until brown - watch carefully.
Cool slightly.
Serve with rich cream or ice cream.
