Apple Crisp

Place apples in a shallow 8 inch pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over all. Combine all dry ingredients with the melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle all this over the apples and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Cinnamon Cream Sauce
1 1/2 | Cups | Sugar | 2/3 | Cup | Light corn syrup | 1/3 | Cup | Water | 1 1/2 | Tbsps. | Cinnamon | 2/3 | Cup | Evaporated milk | |

Place all ingredients (except the evaporated milk) in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and stir in evaporated milk.
Serve warm over apple crisp, apple pie, or apple cakes.
