3/4 | C | Cocoa |
1 | 14 oz. | Can sweetened condensed milk |
1 | Tsp. | Vanilla extract |

Melt butter in a heavy sauce pan over low heat; stir in 3/4 cup cocoa.Gradually add condensed milk, stirring constantly, until smooth. Cookover medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. (about 3 minutes)Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Cover and chill 3 hours or until firm. Shape mixtureinto 1 1/4 inch balls. Roll in additional cocoa. Place balls in miniature paper baking cups. Store in airtight container in the refrigeratorup to 1 week. Makes about 3 dozen.
