This is an easy cookie recipe that is made out of cake mix. Use yourimagination and create your own. Substituting 1/2 cup unsweetenedapplesauce for the oil and the eggs makes the cookies fat-free andcholesterol-free - also makes them more moist.

1	Pkg.	White cake mix (or any flavor)
2		Eggs
1/2	C	Oil

Mix all ingredients together and drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bakeat 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes. Usually get about 40 2" cookiesfrom one box of cake mix.
