In a blender container, combine water and Taster's Choice freeze-dried coffee. Cover; blend at high speed until coffee dissolves. Add eggs, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Cover; blend at high speed for 1 minute.
Transfer to a large bowl. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 9x5x3" loaf pan. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm (about 6 hours). Garnish as desired.
YIELD: 1 Quart
