Chilled Cranberry Dessert

fresh Cranberries, chopped

Banana, slightly green, diced

Vanilla Wafers, crushed

Butter or low fat Substitute

c.
Powdered Sugar

Eggs
1/2
c.
Pecans, chopped

c.
Heavy Cream or low fat substitute
In a medium bowl, combine cranberries, diced banana and sugar. Set aside.
In an 8x8 inch pan add one half the wafer crumbs and spread uniformly on bottom.
In another medium bowl, combine butter and sugar, then the eggs. Mix thoroughly and spread over the crumbs.
Add cranberry-banana mixture and spread uniformly over the crumbs. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top.
Whip cream until it forms peaks. Spread over the top of the ingredients in the pan and sprinkle remaining crumbs on the top of the cream.
Refrigerate immediately for at least 4 hours. Serve.
