Coffee Fudge

Sparks
2 | c. | Sugar |
1 | c. | Strong Coffee |
2 | Tbsp. | Heavy Cream |
1/2 | c. | Almonds, chopped |
- Butter 8" square pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan and boil for 8 minutes (to
soft ball stage - 234 degrees)
- If desired add nuts. Beat until smooth and creamy; pour into pan;
cool and cut into squares.
