Chocolate Drops
From the Kitchen of: Yetta
These can be frozen as soon as they are cold.
111 | g | Butter |
1 | C. | Castor Sugar |
2 | | Eggs, beaten |
1 1/3 | C. | Self Raising Flour |
| | Drop of Vanilla Essence |
| | Pinch of Salt |
| | Melted Chocolate for Topping |
- Set oven to moderate
- Beat Butter until it is white, add sugar and beat again.
- Add vanilla essence and salt.
- Add beaten eggs.
- Next mix in flour until it becomes a stiff paste.
- Form into small walnut sized balls and place into patty pans.
- Cook until firm and light brown on top.
- When cold, dip into melted chocolate.
- Leave to set and then!!!
