Cherry Parfait

Cherry Pie Filling

Tsp.
Almond extract
1
Cup
Sour cream
1
Cup
Cold milk
1
Pkg. (small)
Instant vanilla pudding
Whipped topping and
chopped almonds for garnish
Combine pie filling and almond extract; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and milk; Stir in pudding mix.
Beat on low speed for two minutes.
Spoon half into parfait glasses. Top with half the pie filling.
Repeat layers then garnish with whipped cream and almonds.
