Very easy, very impressive - and low fat!
1 | C | Light sour cream |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1 | can | Cherry Pie filling |
1 | tsp | Lemon juice |
Mint leaves, optional |
Beat sour cream and sugar and set aside. Reserve 4 cherries from pie filling. Combine cherry filling with lemon juice. Alternate layers of pie filling with cream mixture in parfait glasses, ending with top layer of pie filling. Put a dollop of cream mixture on top and garnish with cherry and mint leaf. Serve. Serves 4.
