1 1/3 | cups | grated Parmesan cheese, divided |

Drain spinach, reserving 1 cup liquid. Sauté onion in butter until tender. In a bowl, combine spinach, eggs, bread crumbs, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion mixture and reserved liquid. Spread in two greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until set.
