2 lbs. | 8 oz. | Swiss cheese, shredded |
1 | gal. | medium White Sauce |
Saute onions, green peppers and sliced mushrooms in margarine. Stir in flour. Cook 10-15 minutes. Add slowly, while stirring, 2 quarts milk and meat to 170 degrees F. Add Swiss cheese and stir until melted. Add to White Sauce.
