1 | lb. | margarine |
4 | tbsp. | salt |
1½ | tsp. | pepper |
¾ | c. | flour |
Parboil potatoes for 2 minutes (boiling time). Drain. Place in well greased baking dish. Dredge lightly with flour; add salt, pepper and butter to hot milk and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° about 1½ hours.
