Escalloped Corn

  1. Set oven temperature at 350 degrees.

  2. Mix corn, milk, margarine, onions, salt, sugar, pepper and crackers.

  3. Place in greased steamtable pans.

  4. Mix butter and 1 cup cracker crumbs. Distribute over top of corn mixture.

  5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until topping is browned.

Yield: 100 1/3 cup servings
