Rueben Casserole

Drain sauerkraut, chopped onion, parsley and caraway seed.

Layer each steamtable pan with sauerkraut, cheese, saslad dressing, and corned beef.

Combine melted margarine and bread crumbs. Then sprikle over each pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.

Yield: 150 (4 oz.) servings
