1½ | oz. | corn starch |
6 | lbs. | brown sugar |
¼ | tsp. | salt |
1 1/3 | tsp. | maple flavoring |
Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer and cook 10 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in flavoring.
Syrup with thicken more when cool.
Serves 100 (2 tbsp. per serving)
