6 | cups | sour cream |
3 | cups | Parmesan cheese |
1/4 | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
5 | cups | french onions |
salt and pepper to taste |
Place cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
Layer: ham chunks, cottage cheese mixture, and noodles, in 4 inch steam table pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with french onions. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Yield: 50 6 oz. portions
