1 | cup | reconstituted frozen lemon juice |
2 | sticks | cinnamon |
1 1/2 | tsp. | ground cinnamon |
1 1/2 | tsp. | whole cloves |
10 | oz. | sliced fresh orange peels |
Tie cinnamon, cloves, and orange peels loosely in a clean white cloth to make a spice bag.
Add spice bag to cider. Bring slowly to the boiling point. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove spices.
Yield: 2 1/2 gallons (80 servings)
