Hashbrown Casserole

12 | lbs. | frozen hashbrowns |
15 | cups | shredded cheddar cheese |
6 | cups | chopped onion |
12 | cups | diced ham |
60 | | eggs, beaten |
12 | cups | milk |
| | paprika, as needed |
- Remove eggs from refrigerator and prepare only amount needed.
- Break eggs into a clean sanitized mixing bowl. beat slightly on medium speed.
- Combine with hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, onion, milk, and diced ham.
- Divide into well greased baking pans. (12 x 20 x 2 ) Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until set and firm.
Yield: 150 - 1/2 cup servings
